This petite French olive, Picholine, which is typically grown in Provence, produces this wonderful Australian born oil. Of medium intensity, it is verdant and fruity with notes of unripe kiwi & exotic fruit. The finish is balanced with notes of slightly bitter and spicy mustard greens and nasturtium heat.
