Picked at optimum ripeness from our state of the art producer, this Hojiblanca is another ideal extra virgin olive oil for your everyday cooking. Perfectly balanced fruit and pepper, with a subtle nuance of nutty green tea, you will be pleased with this lovely oil. Fruit notes are prominent on our Australian Hojiblanca Extra virgin Olive Oil. This oil, like our other evoos, is ripened to perfection, picked, and then milled within 4 hours from harvest, ensuring the optimal freshness of the juice. Usually a robust oil, this extra virgin olive oil is very balanced, with remarkable notes of orange.

Ideal for seafood, risotto, and chicken dishes. Really wonderful paired with any white balsamic. Pair with dark or white balsamics in salads or sauces (think: salsa verde, gremolata chimichurri or chermoula), or garnish risotto, legumes, or fish.
