Hailing from the rolling hills of Chile, this incredibly smooth Chilean Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made using the Spanish olive, Arbequina. It is an oil to savor and enjoy throughout the colder months as it is a wonderful alternative to butter when tossed with fresh pasta. Try a splash or two over steamed or baked fish, and even as a finishing drizzle over a simple baked potato.
