This beautiful Biancolilla from Mandranova, Italy is obtained exclusively by a careful selection of olives during the first ten days of October. This unique Sicilian monocultivar is fruity, with a fragrance of fresh herbs and tomatoes. It is well balanced with slightly bitter, spicy and peppery notes.

This lovely little Biancolilla olive is grown in Sicily amongst the citrus and almond groves and fields of dandelion, wild fennel, and artichokes. This ultra-premium Sicilian Biancolilla Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) is delicate, mild and creamy, with a slight pepper finish and low bitterness. Slightly vegetal, with notes of green almond.

Drizzle over fish dishes, grain bowls or raw vegetables. Pairs beautifully with our Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar and Sicilian Sea Salt, of course.
