This Sicilian beauty has a nuttiness on the nose similar to roasted peanuts, which flavor appears again at the end of the palate. It's clean on the mouth, indicative of its freshness and quality. The lovely creaminess is complemented with a light tingle of nasturtium. This is an excellent extra virgin to pair with any of our white balsamics for your light summer dressings.
