Pitted "Queen La Abuela" Gordal Olives
"La Abuela" translates to "grandmother's recipe". These queen size pitted olives are marinated with a mix of julienne-cut Spanish onions, savory herbs, and chunks of sweet Spanish garlic. Enjoy right out of the jar or as an extra added treat, heat up in the microwave for a few seconds and drizzle with your favorite olive oil.

Gordal means "fat one" in Spanish. The name is justified; these are some big, proudly fat, round olives that weigh over 6 grams. The tough Gordal trees thrive in the dry climate of Seville (Andalucía), Spain. Although they are large in size, due to their low oil content, they are exclusively beloved as tapas olives.
Our olives are handpicked and cured using a third-generation producer's family recipe for low salt brine. The process results in olives that are not only lower in salt content, but also naturally crunchy with a meaty texture. Product of Spain.
