Our Spanish Melgarejo Hojiblanca Extra Virgin Olive Oil is floral with a green almond center and notes of melon. The lingering Szechuan peppercorn sensation is indicative of the high phenol content. With a parsley-like freshness, this is our greenest oil with high fruitiness scores. Enjoy it as the Spanish would, as a table oil, poured over toasted bread with sea salt and fresh tomato, or drizzled over any dish to heighten its flavors.
