Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your quarterly subscription at any time from your customer account.
How and how often will I be charged?
For the seasonal subscription, you will be charged every 3 months for each new box to the card you used for your first order. You can change your payment method in your customer portal.
Single Seasonal Boxes and 1 Year of Seasonal Boxes are one-time charges.
Will I be notified when I’ll be charged?
Yes, we will send you an email a few days before your card will be charged to let you know that an order is coming up.
Can I get free shipping on the boxes?
We offer free shipping on orders over $100, and one-time purchase Single Seasonal Boxes and Seasonal Box Subscriptions can count towards receiving free shipping. However, the pre-paid Yearly Subscription Boxes all ship free!
Can I use a coupon for boxes?
Coupons do not apply for seasonal boxes.
