EVOO has a high smoke point that can hold up to high cooking temperatures up to 410 degrees F. The fresher the extra virgin olive oil, the higher the smoke point.
Can you use olive oil instead of vegetable oil?
Yes! You can substitute a mild olive oil in a 1:1 ratio with vegetable oil when baking.
Can dogs have olive oil?

Does olive oil go bad?
All of our oils are unrefined and are therefore best consumed as close to the crush/production dates as possible. If stored properly, our oils will hold their fresh flavor for 9-12 months. Over time, the oils will gradually lose their fresh flavor and their antioxidants and vitamins will decrease.
