Winter Greek Yogurt Parfait

Let’s ring in the New Year with something healthy! We are making a winter themed granola with dried cranberries, topped with local honey.

Breakfast, Snack, Nut Free

Products used: Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil

Ingredients

- Greek Yogurt
- Local Honey
- Winter Granola Recipe:
• 4 cups Oats, Old Fashioned
• ½ cup Brown Sugar
• 1/3 cup Honey
• ¾ teaspoon Salt
• ½ Tablespoon Vanilla
• Zest of 1 Orange
• ½ cup SOOC Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil
• 1 cup Dried Cranberries
• ½ cup Pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
• ½ cup Golden Raisins
• 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon

Directions

1. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees for the granola.

2. Combine oats, brown sugar, honey, salt, vanilla, olive oil, and zest in a bowl. Mix.

3. Place on a lined sheet pan and bake for 10 minutes. Then, take the pan out of the oven and stir. Place back in the oven for another 10 minutes.

4. Add the dried fruit and pumpkin seeds.

5. Enjoy!
