2 lbs Boneless Chicken Breast Cutlets
⅓ cup SOOC Cilantro & Roasted Onion Olive Oil
¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
2 Oranges, zested and juiced
¼ cup Lime Juice
¾ tsp dried Oregano
1 tsp Cumin
1 ½ Tbsp fresh Mint Leaves, chopped
4 cloves Garlic
1 tsp SOOC Lime Sea Salt
½ tsp Black Pepper
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, tossing to coat. Cover and refrigerate to let marinate for 1 hour.
Oil and preheat a grill over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill while covered for 3 minutes per side and the internal temperature is 165℉. Remove from the grill.
