Cuban Mojo Chicken

  • 2 lbs Boneless Chicken Breast Cutlets
  • ⅓ cup SOOC Cilantro & Roasted Onion Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 2 Oranges, zested and juiced
  • ¼ cup Lime Juice
  • ¾ tsp dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 ½ Tbsp fresh Mint Leaves, chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp SOOC Lime Sea Salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper

Products used: Cilantro & Roasted Onion Olive Oil , Lime Sea Salt


  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, tossing to coat. Cover and refrigerate to let marinate for 1 hour.
  • Oil and preheat a grill over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill while covered for 3 minutes per side and the internal temperature is 165℉. Remove from the grill.
  • Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
