2 tbsp SOOC Bacon Olive Oil
1 tsp SOOC Maple Bourbon Balsamic Vinegar
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup green onions, chopped
1 large round loaf of bread (hollowed out)
Crackers, bread chunks, or pretzels for dipping
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Hollow out the bread loaf, reserving the removed bread for dipping. Brush the inside with olive oil and bake for 10 minutes.
2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, balsamic vinegar, cheddar, bacon, and green onions. Spoon into the bread bowl.
3. Place the bread bowl on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until bubbly. Serve with reserved bread chunks and additional dippers.
