Lemon and Cranberry Pear Sorbet

Lemon and Cranberry Pear Sorbet

This lemon cranberry sorbet is bright, tart, and refreshing—an easy expression of summer in the Hudson Valley. Fresh lemon brings a sharp, clean citrus flavor, softened by lemon olive oil, while cranberry pear balsamic adds a subtle fruitiness that keeps the sorbet balanced without being sweet.

Smooth, cooling, and vibrant, it’s finished with fresh lemon zest for a crisp aroma and a clean finish. Simple ingredients, carefully chosen, coming together in a way that feels effortless and seasonal.
