Products used: Bacon Olive Oil
3 ½ cups All Purpose flour
1 ½ tsp baking soda
1 ½ tsp salt
1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
½ cup butter, softened
½ cup SOOC Bacon Olive Oil
1 ½ cup brown Sweet, packed
3 large eggs
2 ½ cup chocolate chips
1 cup chopped bacon
Preheat your oven to 350 and spray the baking pan with cooking spray.
Soften butter on the mixer. Add the brown sugar and sugar. Cream until light and fluffy.
Add the baking soda, vanilla extract, and salt.
Then, add the eggs one at a time. Mix well on low speed until combined.
Add the flour to the mixture. When it’s well mixed, add the chocolate chips and bacon.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 – 12 minutes or until done. Turn the tray half way through. Enjoy!
