2 cups organic heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
1 tablespoon SOOC Strawberry Balsamic
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
3 tablespoons freeze-dried strawberries
Fresh strawberries to cut up and put on top and to dip with
Directions
Place freeze dried strawberries in a blender or food processor until it turns into a fine powder.
Using either a stand mixer or handheld mixer, whip all ingredients on high speed until the whipped cream is thick and fluff, don't overbeat.
Subs: For dip, feel free to use Greek yogurt for added protein or coconut cream to make it dairy-free!
