My husband Kirk started tapping some maple trees in our backyard and we loved it so much we turned it into a business!

What’s your favorite part about what you do?

All of it! Running a first-generation maple farm is quite unique and super rewarding! We are always learning new things about maple.

What’s your favorite product that you make?

Pure Adirondack Maple Syrup. There’s nothing like it!

What’s your favorite Saratoga Olive Oil Company product?

The Traditional Balsamic! We use it to make maple balsamic salad dressing!
