Why did you start your business?
Kodees Krunchies started when I was baking treats for my dogs, Kodee and Delilah, and my mom said “Blair! You have to do this! This is your business!” Instantly I knew it was a great idea because my whole life I have been an animal lover, and I am obsessed with my dogs and making them happy! After thinking and thinking and thinking about a name, my mom came up with the Krunchies part, and I decided we would name it after my dog Kodee.
What’s your favorite part about what you do?
I love hearing stories from customers about how much their dogs love Kodees Krunchies. Whether it be that they are very picky eaters, and these treats have gotten them to start eating their meals again, to them responding to “want a Krunchie?” and knowing what that means!
What’s your favorite Saratoga Olive Oil Company product?
My favorite SOOC product is the Strawberry Basil Pairing. The two flavors together are just PERFECT!
Tell us more! What would you like our customers to know about you, your family, and your business?
I was born and raised in the Adirondacks, and moved down to the Saratoga area to be with my now husband. We have a little farm with cows, goats, chickens, and obviously dogs! I have always been an avid animal lover, and will do anything for my pups.
