Peach, Prosciutto, Tomato Platter

Peach, Prosciutto, Tomato Platter

Some things don’t need a recipe — just the right ingredients and a little sunshine.

Juicy peaches, garden tomatoes, paper-thin prosciutto, and maybe a drizzle of something golden bring this platter to life. It’s a balance of sweet, salty, fresh, and savory that tastes like peak summer on a plate.

Perfect for when you don’t feel like cooking but still want to impress (your guests or yourself). Serve it up with crusty bread, a chilled glass of wine, and good company — nothing more, nothing less.

Simple. Seasonal. Stunning.

Because sometimes, less really is more.

Ingredients

1 pound of prosciutto, sliced
3-4 cups cherry tomatoes or full-sized tomatoes, halved or sliced
4 fresh peaches
1 tablespoon SOOC Tuscan Herb olive oil
1 teaspoon SOOC Peach balsamic vinegar

Burrata or fresh mozzarella optional

Directions

Grab your platter and all ingredients. Start to plate the peaches, tomatoes, and prosciutto. Add burrata or fresh mozzarella if desired.
