Ingredients

1 lb Irish bangers (or pork sausages)
1 lb baby red potatoes
1 large head of cabbage, cut into chunks
3 tablespoons SOOC Garlic olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Wooden skewers

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Toss sausage, cabbage, and potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake for 30 minutes.
