2 - 4oz blocks Semi Sweet Chocolate
2 - 4oz blocks of Dark Chocolate (at least 60% dark)
4 TBSP SOOC Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1. Chop the chocolate into pieces and melt in a double boiler. Stir often. Remove from heat when melted.
2. Whisk the Extra Virgin Olive Oil into the melted chocolate.
3. Serve drizzled over ice cream, and watch the magic happen!
