Sweet Potato Casserole

Everyone loves sweet potato casserole! We are putting a unique twist and adding one of Saratoga’s Maple Balsamic Vinegars. It will surely be everyone’s favorite!

Products used: Vermont Maple Balsamic Vinegar


      60 ounces Sweet Potatoes, cooked and mashed
      2 Eggs
      ½ cup Milk
      ¾ cup Brown Sugar
      2 teaspoons Vanilla
      1 teaspoon Salt
      1 teaspoon Cinnamon
      ¼ cup Butter, melted
      ¾ cup Brown Sugar
      ½ cup All Purpose Flour
      1 cup Pecans, chopped or whole
      2 Tablespoons SOOC Vermont Maple Balsamic Vinegar


      1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

      2. Mash sweet potatoes in a mixing bowl. Once mashed, add the eggs, milk, brown sugar, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon. Mix until combined.

      3. Pour into a baking dish. Set aside.

      4. In a separate bowl, combine the butter, brown sugar, flour, and balsamic vinegar. Mix until combined. Spoon onto the casserole. Sprinkle the pecans on top.

      5. Bake for 30 – 35 minutes or until done.
