A floral, Saratoga take on a reviving cocktail using our Lavender Balsamic Vinegar! Cocktail recipe by sommelier Jared Browner (@jaredbrowner on Instagram)

Products used:

Ingredients

1 oz Anchorage Gin
1 oz Averna Amaro
1 oz Falernum/Elderflower
.75 oz lime juice
.33 oz SOOC Lavender Balsamic Vinegar
1 spritz Absinthe

Directions

Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake to mix well

Pour into a glass and enjoy!
