To emulsify your next vinaigrette or marinade, simply add a tablespoon of your favorite mustard to a bowl and briskly whisk in your vinegar of choice. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator. 

All of our balsamics are aged in wood barrels for up to 18 years. They are naturally free of any sugars, thickeners, and artificial ingredients. All-natural, always.
