Products used: Chipotle Olive Oil

Ingredients

8 slices whole-grain bread
¼ cup SOOC Chipotle olive oil
¼ cup honey mustard
1 apple, cored and thinly sliced
2 cups arugula
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Grab a parchment lined sheet pan if air fryer is large enough or there’s a setting in your oven like mine.

2. Arrange bread on sheet pan and drizzle one side with oil (about 1/2 tablespoon per slice). Flip the bread oiled sides down and spread about 1/2 tablespoon honey mustard on each. Layer cheddar and apple evenly on 4 slices.

3. Heat in air fryer on pan if your oven has an air fryer setting or working in batches as necessary, arrange the sandwiches in a single layer in the air-fryer basket. Cook until the cheese is melted after 5-8 minutes.

4. Top with the arugula, flip together, slice and eat.
