Apple, Brie & Hot Honey Crostini 🍎🧀🍯

Ingredients

1 apple, shredded and patted dry
1 block of brie, rind on or off
1 baguette, sliced
1 tablespoon SOOC Gravenstein Apple Balsamic Vinegar
2 tablespoons SOOC Herbes De Provence Olive Oil
2 tablespoons hot honey

Directions

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grab a parchment lined baking sheet and put sliced baguette on. Cover both sides with olive oil and bake for 5-8 minutes.

Place slices of brie on top of bread slices and bake for another 5-8 minutes.

Add shredded apple and top with balsamic and hot honey. Serve right away.
