Ingredients

1 pound beef, cut into chunks
1 cup SOOC Garlic olive oil
½ cup soy sauce
Juice from 3 limes
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
Salt and pepper
2 zucchinis, cut into chunks
2 squash, cut into chunks
12 large white mushrooms

Directions

Marinade steak overnight in a plastic bag or bowl.

Grill skewers over medium heat making sure to cook all the way through. Serve right away. Top a salad with them or eat on their own. Great for leftovers the next day right out of the fridge.
