Meatball Martinis

Meatball Martinis

Because not every martini needs to come with olives. 🍸✨

This savory little appetizer brings the drama and the comfort. Perfect for parties, holiday spreads, or a fun dinner twist, your guests get mini meatballs in warm marinara served in a martini glass — and fluffy focaccia on the side for all that saucy scooping.

It’s part Italian comfort food, part cocktail party flair — and 100% a crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef (or a mix of beef and turkey)
1 egg
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons SOOC Tuscan Herb olive oil
4 tablespoons grated parmesan
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Salt and pepper
1 jar of tomato sauce

Directions

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix meat, egg, breadcrumbs, olive oil, ½ of the parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper.

Roll into 2-inch size meatballs. Place onto a parchment-lined tray and bake until cooked through.

Simmer in warm marinara sauce in a pot over medium heat on the stove.

Assemble meatball martinis by placing 3 into the glass and covering with sauce. Top with more parmesan cheese and serve with strips of focaccia bread for dipping.
