The slaw is simple—just crisp cabbage, sweet bell peppers, a little onion, and a zippy mix of olive oil and balsamic that ties it all together. Ingredients

4 Bratwurst or sausages of choice
2 tablespoons SOOC Bacon olive oil
1 tablespoons SOOC Maple Bourbon Balsamic Vinegar
¼ head of cabbage, chopped
1 large red pepper, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
4 hoagie rolls
Salt and pepper

Directions

Place all chopped veggies into a bowl and toss with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Heat grill top or pan to medium heat and place veggie mix and sausages onto grill. Cook 10-15 minutes until everything is cooked through and vegetables are soft.

Toast rolls if desired and place a sausage into each of the rolls. Cover with veggie mix and top with ketchup and/or mustard. Serve right away.
