Balsamic Bubbly

Typically you use balsamic vinegar and olive oil for cooking, but we took these two staples and created a summer bubbly drink to enjoy!

Products used: Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar, , Varietal Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) - Mild


6 ounces Prosecco
1 1⁄2 tablespoons Dark Balsamic Vinegar of your choice (we suggest Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar or Elderberry Balsamic Vinegar)
1⁄2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
Fresh blueberries, for garnish


Pour the balsamic vinegar in a champagne flute.

Add the olive oil.

Pour 6 ounces of Prosecco into the glass.

Add fresh blueberries and enjoy!
