Greek Yogurt and Herb Dip

Products used: Australian Coratina Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO), Garlic Medley Sea Salt, Roasted Garlic Seasoning,

Ingredients

1 Tbsp Parsley, chopped
1 Tbsp Basil, chopped
2 cloves Garlic, minced
¼ tsp SOOC Roasted Garlic Seasoning
¼ tsp SOOC Garlic Medley Sea Salt
¼ cup SOOC Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil, like Australian Coratina
1 cup Greek Yogurt

Directions

Add the chopped parsley, basil, garlic, Roasted Garlic Seasoning, and Garlic Medley Sea Salt to a small glass jar.

In a small pot over medium heat, slowly and carefully heat the EVOO, about 2 minutes. Be careful not to heat too high, as it will smoke and become bitter.

Carefully pour the EVOO over the herbs in the glass jar, it will bubble!

Smooth out the greek yogurt on a plate, and scoop the EVOO/herb mixture over the top. Enjoy with bread, chips, or veggies!
