Habanero Agave Nectar Barbecue Marinade

This spicy barbecue marinade is perfect for ribs, chops, chicken, and a new way to transform all of your barbecued foods. Recipe by Chef David Britton

Products used: Habanero Agave Agrodolce, Himalayan Pink Sea Salt


6 oz. Tomato Ketchup
½ cup SOOC Habanero Agave Nectar Agrodolce
2 cloves Garlic, crushed
SOOC Himalayan Pink Sea Salt, to taste
Freshly ground black Pepper, to taste


To make, simply mix marinade ingredients together until smooth. Works as a marinade, glaze, or barbecue sauce. Enjoy!
