- 12 Mint leaves
- 2 oz SOOC Jalapeño Mint Bar Syrup
- 10 oz Kentucky Bourbon
- 1 can Club Soda
Products used: Jalapeño Mint Bar Syrup
- Add the mint leaves and Jalapeño Mint Bar Syrup to a cocktail mixing glass. Muddle until the mint starts to break down.
- Add the bourbon to the glass and stir to combine.
- Divide the mixture between 4 julep cups or highball glasses, top with crushed ice and a splash of club soda. Garnish with additional mint leaves and enjoy all summer long!
