Ingredients
12 Mint leaves
2 oz SOOC Jalapeño Mint Bar Syrup
10 oz Kentucky Bourbon
1 can Club Soda
Directions
Add the mint leaves and Jalapeño Mint Bar Syrup to a cocktail mixing glass. Muddle until the mint starts to break down.
Add the bourbon to the glass and stir to combine.
Divide the mixture between 4 julep cups or highball glasses, top with crushed ice and a splash of club soda. Garnish with additional mint leaves and enjoy all summer long!
