3 tablespoons Sicilian Lemon Balsamic
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon shallots, minced
3 tablespoons basil, finely chopped
1 small clove of garlic, minced
¼ cup Basil Olive Oil
Salt and pepper to taste
