Ingredients
½ Lime cut in wedges
¼ cup fresh Mint
2 oz White Rum
½ oz SOOC Jalapeño Mint Bar Syrup
6-8 oz Seltzer Water
1 cup Ice
Directions
Put mint leaves and the lime wedges into glass, crushing the mint and lime together to release their juices.
Fill the glass with ice cubes. Add the White Rum and Jalapeño Mint Bar Syrup. Fill glass the rest of the way with Seltzer and stir.
Garnish with a lime slice and more mint leaves. Enjoy!
