Ingredients
3 cups Ice
3 oz Rum
12 oz Coconut Cream (from a can)
12 oz Pineapple Juice
4 Tbsp SOOC Mango Coconut Bar Syrup
Pineapple Wedge
Maraschino cherries
Mint
Directions
In a blender, combine the ice, rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and the SOOC Mango Coconut Bar Syrup. Blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses and garnish with a wedge of fresh pineapple, a maraschino cherry, and a sprig of mint. Enjoy!
