Mozzarella and Arugula Flatbread

We are going to throw together a delicious and easy dinner with this flatbread recipe! This would even make a great appetizer at a party!

Appetizer, Nut Free, Main Dish

    Products used: Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil


    1 flatbread
    2 Tablespoons Pesto
    2 Tablespoons SOOC Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil
    8 ounces Mozzarella
    6 ounces Prosciutto, sliced
    ½ cup Arugula and/or Spring Mix


    1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.

    2. Brush the flatbread with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Bake for 8 minutes or until golden.

    3. Spread pesto onto the flatbread.

    4. Place the greens on the flatbread. Top with pieces of the mozzarella.

    5. Top with prosciutto and then drizzle with olive oil.

    6. Enjoy!
