Products used: Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil

Ingredients

1 cup Chocolate Chips
½ cup SOOC Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil
1 cup Sugar
¼ cup Brown Sugar, packed
3 Eggs
1 Egg White
2 tsps Vanilla Extract
¾ cup All Purpose Flour
½ cup Cocoa Powder
½ tsp Cinnamon
½ tsp Salt
1 cup Chocolate, chopped

Directions

Preheat your oven to 350 and spray the baking pan with cooking spray.

Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave about 20 seconds at a time until fully melted. Add the olive oil to the chocolate chips.

In a mixing bowl on a stand mixer, whisk the sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla for 5 minutes until light and fluffy. It needs to double in size.

While the mixer is on, slowly pour the chocolate/olive oil mixture into the egg mixture. Mix until just combined.

Gently fold in the flour, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and salt into the mixture. Lastly, fold in the chocolate chips. Top the brownies with any toppings you may want (nuts, M&Ms, sprinkles, etc.).

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until done.

Cut and enjoy!
