Peach Bellini

Our peach bellini recipe is essentially bubbly booze poured over a luscious peach puree. The Italian version of a mimosa is easy like (late) Sunday mornings.

Products used: Peach Balsamic Vinegar


2 cups frozen peaches
¾ cup peach or pineapple juice
¼ cup SOOC Peach Balsamic
2 lemons, juiced
1 bottle of Prosecco, chilled
1 bottle Seltzer water (for non-alcoholic version)


In a blender, pulse the frozen peaches, peach or pineapple juice, SOOC Peach Balsamic, and lemon juice. Once thoroughly blended, pour evenly into 4 seperate glasses. Top each glass with chilled Prosecco, and enjoy!
