Ingredients
4 White Tea packets
2 cups hot water
2 Tbsp pomegranate seeds
2 Tbsp SOOC Pomegranate Quince Balsamic
1 bottle of Prosecco (preferably sweet) *make non-alcoholic by swapping a bottle of Prosecco with seltzer water
1 bottle of Seltzer water (for non-alcoholic version)
Directions
Brew the tea packets in the hot water. Let steep for 5 minutes. Remove tea packets and let cool in the fridge for 1 hour.
Evenly divide the white tea into 4 wine glasses, adding ½ Tbsp of pomegranate seeds and ½ Tbsp of SOOC Pomegranate Quince White Balsamic into each wine glass as well.
Finish off each glass by topping it with chilled prosecco. Serve, and enjoy!
