8 Mission Figs, cut up into small pieces
SOOC Varietal Extra Virgin Olive Oil
SOOC Lavender Balsamic Vinegar
Mike’s Hot Honey (or regular honey for those who do not prefer spice)

Brush the Italian Nocellara Olive Oil on the crostini, spread on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil.
Spread room temperature bleu cheese on each individual crostini being careful not to crack them. Place a small piece of fig atop each crostini. Drizzle or spray-mist the Lavender Balsamic Vinegar over all the crostini.
Drizzle the honey over the crostini. Have oven pre-heated to 350°F. Bake for about 10-12 minutes, being careful not to burn them.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Let cool and serve.
