For the Pork:
2 lbs pork shoulder
1 tbsp SOOC Olive Oil
1 tsp SOOC Honey Ginger Balsamic Vinegar
2 tbsp SOOC Hickory Mountain Blend
1 cup barbecue sauce
½ cup water
Salt and black pepper, to taste

For the Slaw:
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 carrot, shredded
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp honey
Salt and black pepper, to taste

For Assembly:
12 slider buns
Dill pickle slices
1. Rub pork with seasoning. Sear in olive oil, then transfer to a slow cooker with water and barbecue sauce. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4–5 hours. Shred when done.
2. Mix slaw ingredients and chill.
3. Toast buns if desired. Assemble sliders with pork, slaw, and pickles.
