3 cups Strawberries, chopped
1 cup Cilantro, chopped
½ Red Onion, chopped
3 Roma (Plum) Tomatoes, chopped
½ Yellow Bell Pepper, chopped
Juice of 1 Lime
½ tbsp Garlic, minced
2 tbsp SOOC Basil Olive Oil
1 tbsp SOOC Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar
1 small Jalapeño pepper, seeded & minced
Salt & Pepper
Combine all ingredients and toss together.
Add the garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and refrigerate for up to 1 hour to allow the flavors to set. Enjoy!
