2 cups strawberries, sliced
1 cup fresh Mozzarella Ciliegine
1⁄2 cup fresh basil leaves
1 tablespoon SOOC Basil Olive Oil
1 cup SOOC Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
We are going to start with the balsamic reduction. You will bring the balsamic vinegar and salt to a boil. Then, reduce the heat and allow it to simmer until it is reduced. Allow to cool before using!
In a bowl, combine the strawberries, mozzarella, and fresh basil together. Set aside.
Whisk the Basil Olive Oil into the cooled Strawberry BalsamicVinegar.
Just before serving, drizzle the balsamic olive oil mixture onto the salad. Enjoy!
