Basil and Ricotta Spread with Basil Olive Oil and Sicilian Sea Salt.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup part Skim Milk Ricotta Cheese
  • ½ cup SOOC Basil Olive Oil
  • 5 sprig of fresh Basil, washed and dried
  • 1 clove fresh Garlic, smashed
  • 1 Tbsp fresh squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp SOOC Sicilian Sea Salt

Products used: Basil Olive Oil , Sicilian Sea Salt

Instructions

  • Place the ingredients inside the bowl of a food processor or blender. Process until creamy and smooth in consistency. Add seasoning to taste.
  • Store tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to three days.
