This blackberry and prosciutto pizza is sweet, salty, and perfectly tangy! It’s topped with blackberry preserves, fresh mozzarella cheese, fresh blackberries and basil! This pizza makes for a great appetizer or a quick weeknight dinner if you’re feeling a little fancy. Products used: Basil Olive Oil, Blackberry Ginger Balsamic Vinegar, Greek Seasoning

Ingredients

1 package of store-bought pizza crust
4 tablespoons SOOC Basil Olive Oil
4 tablespoons blackberry preserves
6-8 slices prosciutto
6-10 large blackberries
6-8 slices of fresh mozzarella
5-10 pieces of fresh mint
SOOC Blackberry Ginger Balsamic (for drizzling)
SOOC Greek Seasoning (as desired)

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2. Roll out pizza dough into a heart shape or just rollout to normal pizza shape.

3. Drizzle 2 tablespoons SOOC Basil Olive Oil on a parchment-lined baking sheet and set rolled-out pizza dough on top.

4. Spread out the blackberry preserves on top of the dough and then layer with prosciutto, fresh mozzarella and top with blackberries.

5. Bake 15-25 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese has melted, and the berries have burst and start to bubble.

6. Top with fresh mint, the remainder of the SOOC Basil Olive Oil, a drizzle of Blackberry Ginger Balsamic Vinegar, and a sprinkle of SOOC Greek Seasoning.
