Bruschetta Chicken

Let’s take an Italian delicacy, bruschetta, and add a twist to it. This chicken is a great gluten-free option and packs the chicken breasts with tons of flavor! A perfect quick and easy entrée.

Products used: Basil Olive Oil, French Fleur De Sel Sea Salt

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts
1 cup mozzarella, shredded
A few sprigs of fresh basil
French Fleur de Sel Sea Salt
Basil Olive Oil
Pepper
3-4 Roma tomatoes, chopped
Balsamic glaze

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Start by oiling your baking sheet. Then, begin butterflying your chicken breasts.

Sprinkle chicken with Fleur de Sel Sea Salt and pepper, then set aside.

Chop Roma tomatoes into small dice, then set aside.

Chiffonade your basil and set aside.

To build the entree, sprinkle chicken breasts with mozzarella, then place the chopped tomatoes on top. Drizzle Basil Olive Oil on top of chicken breasts, then add fresh chopped basil on top.

Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes or until chicken has reached internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

Serve on a plate and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Enjoy!
