2 Tbsp SOOC Chipotle Olive Oil
½ cup Green Onions, sliced
2 tsp Coriander
2 tsp Cumin
2 (15oz) cans Black Beans, rinsed/drained
⅓ cup Water
¼ cup fresh Lime Juice
1½ cup (10½oz) canned Chipotle Chiles in Adobo sauce
¾ tsp SOOC Habanero Sea Salt
½ cup Sour Cream
½ cup minced Cilantro
Heat oil on medium heat. Add onions, coriander, and cumin. Sauté until soft (3 minutes).
Add beans and ⅓ cup water, simmer 7 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes.
Put beans and remaining ingredients in food processor. Process until almost smooth. Serve.
