Chipotle Black Bean Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp SOOC Chipotle Olive Oil
  • ½ cup Green Onions, sliced
  • 2 tsp Coriander
  • 2 tsp Cumin
  • 2 (15oz) cans Black Beans, rinsed/drained
  • ⅓ cup Water
  • ¼ cup fresh Lime Juice
  • 1½ cup (10½oz) canned Chipotle Chiles in Adobo sauce
  • ¾ tsp SOOC Habanero Sea Salt
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • ½ cup minced Cilantro

Products used: Chipotle Olive Oil , Habanero Sea Salt

Instructions

  • Heat oil on medium heat. Add onions, coriander, and cumin. Sauté until soft (3 minutes).
  • Add beans and ⅓ cup water, simmer 7 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes.
  • Put beans and remaining ingredients in food processor. Process until almost smooth. Serve.
