Ingredients

Ingredients for the filling:
2 tablespoons SOOC Cinnamon Pear Balsamic
2 tablespoons SOOC Vanilla Sugar
4 cups apples, peeled and diced
4 cups pears, peeled and diced
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Lemon juice from 1 or 2 lemons

Ingredients for the topping:
2 tablespoons SOOC Cinnamon Pear Balsamic
1 cup old fashioned oats
1 cup all-purpose flour
¾ cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread olive oil out onto a 10-inch skillet or baking dish.

2. In a large bowl, stir together the apples, pears, flour, sugar, and lemon juice. Dump into prepared dish.

3. In another bowl stir together the oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and balsamic. Mix all together and sprinkle it all on top of the fruit.

4. Bake for 45 minutes or until the fruit is bubbling and the topping is golden brown. Top with vanilla ice cream or whip cream and serve warm.
