Grilled Ginger Salmon
Change up your salmon dinners with this incredibly simple, yet fully flavored marinade! Made with our sweet and tangy Honey Ginger Balsamic and Ginger & Black Garlic Olive Oil. Products used: Five Pepper Sea Salt, , Honey Ginger Balsamic Vinegar

Ingredients

4 4 oz Salmon Filets
⅛ tsp SOOC Five Pepper Sea Salt
⅛ tsp Black Pepper
¼ cup SOOC Honey Ginger Balsamic
3 Tbsp SOOC Ginger & Black Garlic Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 Lime, zested and quartered

Directions

Season all 4 salmon filets with the Five Pepper Sea Salt and black pepper, and place in a shallow baking dish.

Whisk together the Honey Ginger Balsamic, Ginger & Black Garlic Olive Oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, and lime zest. Pour the marinade over the salmon, cover, and let refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. Remove the salmon from the marinade and set on the grill. Cook for 6-8 minutes without touching. Flip the salmon and grill for an additional 6 minutes until the fish has reached an internal temperature of 120℉.

Remove from the grill and let sit for 2 minutes. Serve with lime wedges, and enjoy!
