Grilled Ginger Salmon

Change up your salmon dinners with this incredibly simple, yet fully flavored marinade! Made with our sweet and tangy Honey Ginger Balsamic, and *NEW* Ginger & Black Garlic Olive Oil. Serve your salmon over a bed of white rice with fresh cilantro, and your favorite roasted vegetable!  Recipe By Taylor MacDougall

  • 4 4 oz Salmon Filets
  • ⅛ tsp SOOC Five Pepper Sea Salt
  • ⅛ tsp Black Pepper
  • ¼ cup SOOC Honey Ginger Balsamic
  • 3 Tbsp SOOC Ginger & Black Garlic Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 Lime, zested and quartered

Products used: Five Pepper Sea Salt , Ginger & Black Garlic Olive Oil , Honey Ginger Balsamic Vinegar


  • Season all 4 salmon filets with the Five Pepper Sea Salt and black pepper, and place in a shallow baking dish.
  • Whisk together the Honey Ginger Balsamic, Ginger & Black Garlic Olive Oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, and lime zest. Pour the marinade over the salmon, cover, and let refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. Remove the salmon from the marinade and set on the grill. Cook for 6-8 minutes without touching. Flip the salmon and grill for an additional 6 minutes until the fish has reached an internal temperature of 120℉.
  • Remove from the grill and let sit for 2 minutes. Serve with lime wedges, and enjoy!
