Mixed Greens Salad with Honey Ginger Vinaigrette


A mixed greens salad using Honey Ginger Balsamic, a varietal Ultra Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and the Himalayan Pink Sea Salt.

  • ½ lb Snow Peas, trimmed
  • 6 cups Mixed Salad Greens
  • 4 Scallions, thinly sliced
  • 2 small Zucchinis, ribbon sliced with veggie peeler
  • ¼ cup torn Basil leaves
  • 4 Tbsp SOOC Honey Ginger Balsamic
  • 6 Tbsp SOOC Spanish Picual Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Medium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp fresh Lemon juice
  • SOOC Himalayan Sea Salt, to taste
  • Fresh grated Pepper, to taste

  • Blanch snow peas in boiling water for 3 mins. Toss into ice bath and then drain.
  • Toss snow peas with greens, zucchini, scallions, and basil.
  • Whisk Honey Ginger Balsamic and the Extra Virgin Olive Oil with lemon juice, Himalayan Sea Salt, and pepper.
  • Divide salad onto plates, dress each salad.
